Kyle Young has been with MSC since 2007, bringing extensive insight into the constantly changing world of tax law. He helps clients make sense of complex tax regulations, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities to enhance their financial outcomes. He works closely with both building owners and Certified Public Accountants to ensure the Cost Segregation, §179D Deduction, and other engineering based study processes run proficiently through excellent communication, and high regard for client/CPA satisfaction. He has worked with clients nationwide, conducting studies on-site and presenting to industry groups and professional organizations across the country.
Kyle is a Certified Cost Segregation Professional through the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP).
He is responsible for analyzing depreciation schedules and related records for proper asset classification, and preparing tax filings required in conjunction with the engineering studies under the current Internal Revenue Code, and past Tax Court cases. Prior to joining MSC, Kyle spent 4 years with a local Western New York public accounting firm. He received a B.S. in accounting from Daemen University. Kyle has presented to dozens of CPA societies, national organizations, and other professional groups.
