Ben has been with MSC for 5 years and has been involved in cost segregation studies on all types of properties, including apartment complexes, short term vacation rentals, hotels, car dealerships, office buildings, manufacturing plants, and retail plazas. He works closely with real estate owners and CPA’s on a regular basis to ensure engagements are completed accurately and efficiently.
Ben is a member of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ben received his B.S. in Accounting & MBA from Canisius University. He is proficient with construction contracts, AIA documents and pay applications, construction estimating and blueprint evaluation and takeoff, IRS Forms 3115 & 7205, and Tangible Property Regulations.
