MSC’s Ashley Sullivan Elected President of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, August 19, 2025Ashley Sullivan, a partner at MSC, a national leading provider of cost segregation and energy efficiency studies, has been appointed president of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals (ASCSP) for the 2025-2027 term.

As a Certified Cost Segregation Professional (CCSP), Sullivan brings over two decades of cost segregation industry experience to her new role as president of ASCSP. Prior to her appointment, Sullivan served on the ASCSP Board of Directors for eight consecutive years, holding various positions including secretary, vice president, and director.
